Chinese Coleslaw, Plus Golden Kiwi

YUM! I've eaten three bowls of this stuff in the last 24 hours-- I can't get enough of it into my belly.

Once again, I have no real recipe to share, just a list of ingredients. The one important point to remember is that sesame oil is very potent, so don't go glugging it on like olive oil.

shredded white cabbage
grated carrot
grated daikon radish
sesame oil
rice vinegar
agave nectar
toasted sesame seeds
black pepper
spring onions to garnish

Toss everything together and let sit for fifteen minutes of hot marinating action.

Oh, and that's a golden kiwi from the Korean market, and it tastes like honey. It's so good, I swear it's killing brain cells.
